Five projects to provide a viewpoint to Punta Llisera reach their final stage of public exhibition


The councilman of Urbanism, Juan Angel Ferrer, has reported this morning that, finally, five studies have been selected as best suited to provide the area of Punta Llisera a public observation deck on the bay of the city, in Levante area.

'Silhouette', 'Three silences', 'Where the eye can see', 'Miradorm' and 'Over the Moon'on a total of 66 works presented are the slogans of the finalists, which now will go to public exhibition to be the residents of the municipality who give their opinion on the most suitable project. In the process of selecting projects have been taken into account factors such as architectural quality, adaptation to environment, accessibility, sustainability and cost.

Ferrer has stressed that the proposed construction of this new viewpoint has "zero cost" for the city, as it will be the builder of the property Twins 28, Terras de l'Horta, who takes over the work.
